Unlike enclosed entertainment trailers, our playhouse features a wonderful outdoor, open-air design equipped with secure safety netting. It gives kids the fresh air, sunshine, and high-energy fun of a classic playground, just elevated to an unforgettable new level.

Our standard reservation is designed for a 3-hour window of pure playtime. If you’re worried the kids won’t want the fun to end, you can easily add extra hours to your reservation for $199 per hour, depending on our schedule for the day! Just let us know what you're thinking when you book so we can save that extra time for you.

To keep things safe and incredibly fun for everyone, the Playhouse on Wheels is designed for kids ages 4 to 12. It can comfortably host up to 15-20 energetic playmates at the same time.

We sure do! We believe the party prep should be just as stress-free as the event itself, which is why our complete invitation service is fully included for up to 50 guests.

We Handle the Details & Postage: You can skip the online design stress and trips to the post office. Simply choose a template from our library (or share your own art), send us your guest list, and we’ll customize, print, and mail them out. We even cover the postage!

Perfectly Themed: Your invitations will beautifully match the exact theme of the Playhouse rolling up to your event.

The Magic Video Passport: The back of each invite features a fun QR code. Kids get an exciting video sneak peek of the playground to get them hyped, while parents get a quick overview of the rules and a direct link to fill out the digital safety waivers from the comfort of home.

Because our invitation service is a special, complimentary feature built into your reservation, it doesn't carry an extra cost or a separate refund value. It's simply our way of helping you get the party started from day one!

Since our mobile playground is a grand, two-story outdoor structure, we just need a clear, flat, open area to set up safely. Our current minimum space guidelines are:

Height: 14 feet of vertical clearance (just keep an eye out for low tree branches or power lines!)

Length: 60 feet

Width: 10 feet

Your peace of mind is incredibly important to us. We completely sanitize and deep-clean the entire playhouse after every single event so it arrives at your home spotless, fresh, and ready for playtime.

We know life happens and plans can shift! Because we reserve large time slots and begin prepping for your event early, we use a balanced, tiered approach for cancellations:

The Reservation Fee ($999): This fee becomes non-refundable within 10 days of your scheduled event.

Cleaning, Transport, & Rental Fees: These fees are fully refundable all the way up until the day before your event.

Custom Items: Any specialized, custom-ordered pieces for your party (like custom tablecloths or banners) are non-refundable once they are created.

Because the Playhouse on Wheels is a breezy, open-air playground designed for the great outdoors, we always keep a close eye on the sky. If Mother Nature doesn't cooperate and causes a weather delay, we will happily work with you to reschedule your event to a beautiful new date. While we aren't able to offer refunds for weather, we are completely committed to finding a new day to bring the ultimate playground experience to your block!
